Brush/Fire Police Truck 529:
This peice of apparatus is one of our newest rigs. It's on a 2000 Ford F-450 super duty chassis, with the back of the vehicle being built by J.C. Moore. This apparatus is equiped with: Fire Police vests, flashlights, signs, cones, traffic signals, flares, and an arrow stick mounted below the lightbar in the rear. It is also used as our Brush truck, because of being a 4 wheel drive truck. It is also equiped with rakes, a 250 gallon pump with foam, chainsaw, forest hose, hose reel, and a length of douce and half.

Squad 538:
This is our newest apparatus, and also our newest squad. This squad was built on a 2003 Ford E-350 chassis, and was built for us by MEDTEC. Squad 538 provides both ALS and BLS providers to work in a spaceish atmosphere. Both squads just recently were equiped with Stryker Stretchers and Stair chairs. The department switches the squads location about once every month so that one isnt getting all the "wear and tare". If the squad is located at Station 53 it is equiped with back up ALS from West County Paramedics, and is not available to BLS providers. (More pictures of the inside to come soon)

Squad 537
Tender 535:
Tanker or Tender 535 is one of our oldest apparatuses, but its also the second largest Tender in the County with a water capacity of 3,000 gallons. Tender 535 was built on a 1993 International cab and chassis and was built for us by 4Guys. This tender is equiped with a 2,500 gallon portable tank as you can see in the picture below. It also has two 8 inch dump valve coming off of the driver, and officer side of the apparatus and can be controled from either the outside or in the cab. Not to be outdone but this Tender also has a 10 inch dump valve off the rear. It has a 1,000 gallon per minute single stage Hale pump. Five 10 gallon bucket of Foam, with 300 feet of 3 inch line, and 200 feet of attack line. This rig also has two 25 foot sections of 5 inch, and a spare attack line.

Rescue/Pumper 539:
"Rescue Animal" is not only our first due on all wrecks with entraptment, CO alarms with no illness, but it also runs as a mutual aide engine unless otherwise specified. Rescue 539 is equiped with Holmotro rescue tools (both speaders and cutters), high rise rope rescue equipment, thermal imaging camera, air bags, multiple chainsaws, and even a horse rescue kit. Rescue 539 was built by 4Guys on a 1998 cab and chassis from Spartan. (More pictures to come soon)
